Two collectors, ten cities.
Each row is a Bright Data Scraper Studio collector wired to a lab's real per-city test pages. A collector ID comes from an environment variable; if that variable is unset the lab is reported honestly as not provisioned rather than filled with fake data. A test with no verified URL slug for a lab is left unmapped rather than guessed.
